By accessing or using ProdVibes (the "Service"), operated by Vulpin Labs LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

ProdVibes provides AI-powered tools for product managers, including but not limited to:

• Grading and feedback on OKRs, user stories, and epics
• Strategic questioning and assumption challenges
• Review and analysis of product documents
• User interview analysis and insights

We also offer product consulting services through Vulpin Labs LLC.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Use the Service to transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the Service

AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate feedback, questions, and analysis. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before using it in your work. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not store your content after processing.

Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Vulpin Labs LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VULPIN LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Consulting services provided by Vulpin Labs LLC are subject to separate agreements and terms. The terms in this document apply only to the ProdVibes web-based tools. Consulting engagements will be governed by individual statements of work or consulting agreements.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in the jurisdiction where Vulpin Labs LLC is registered.
